Shipping
Clay & Olive Skincare currently ships within the United States. We’re exploring ways to make our products more accessible globally. Sign up for our emails to be the first to know when we expand shipping options.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.
Any amendments or cancellations must be made before your order ships. Please reach out to us with your order number. We’ll do our best to update your order before it leaves our facility.
Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to process and leave our facility. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it ships.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have an account with Clay & Olive Skincare, you can also track your order in the Account section of our website.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll review your claim and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@clayandoliveskincare.com. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on items damaged or past the 30-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 5–10 days to appear on your statement. Please note, a $10 restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning the original product unused/unopened and placing a new order for the correct one. We’ll gladly waive the restocking fee for your replacement purchase.

While our heritage informs our understanding of melanin-rich skin, our products are made for anyone seeking thoughtful, soothing, effective skincare.
We prioritize ingredient safety above everything. Every formula is made with clean, high-quality ingredients that meet strict safety standards and are free from unnecessary additives, irritants, or harsh fillers. If it doesn’t serve your skin, it doesn’t go in.
