Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are FINAL! We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or your product seems to be defective, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to email@example.com Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages.
If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed, please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement.
Domestic & Free Shipping
- Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
- All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped
- Standard Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS and are shipped to addresses within the United States.
- $10 Ground Shipping is shipped via 1st class mail and can take up to 7 business days
- Free shipping is shipped via 1st class mail and can take up to 7 business days
- A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide in your order.
- Please allow 5-7 business days “after processing” for your delivery
